These devices simply allow analog phones to utilize a VoIP account for calling. To call from one phone to another or for voicemail, you'll need to utilize a PBX of some variety. We offer a hosted PBX service which works with any of the hardware we sell andmany other manufacturers.
Connecting the devices is relatively simple and can be done in a matter of minutes with minimal work. Some analog adapters have a built in router which can be connected directly to your Internet service provider's modem.
