Become a Sales Partner
Our Value Added Reseller program is an important component of our overall sales strategy. VARs will gain an additional revenue stream that pays monthly commissions from selling our portfolio. We support our VARs with sales training, assistance with calls, and continuing to provide the highest quality products and services.
Requirements
Companies wishing to participate in our VAR program should have demonstrated experience in selling and supporting network equipment, especially routers and switches. VARs are our “first line” in both sales and support to our customers, so the more experience a VAR has, the greater the chance of success in both customer acquisition and revenue growth.
Portfolio Components
Standalone VoIP Service
We provide standalone VoIP service that can be used with any SIP compliant IP phone, soft phone, analog adapter, or PBX. (Note: Devices and applications that are marked to work with Skype, Vonage, and Packet8 are typically not supported with our service, as they are not SIP compliant.) This service is typically sold to customers wanting a single line or will be providing their own PBX.
Hosted PBX Service
Our Hosted PBX service is quickly becoming our flagship product. It provides an array of features that a business of any size can utilize and has a low startup cost for smaller businesses. This service can be coupled with our VoIP service to provide a complete solution or customers can bring their own VoIP carrier.
Additional Opportunities for VARs
Internet Service
In order for a VoIP deployment to be successful, the customer needs adequate bandwidth. Concert works with a number of ISPs and carriers and can assist in the order and turn-up processes for new or additional bandwidth. VARs can earn additional profit by partnering with us or work with carriers on their own.
Hardware
Most customers will need new or additional IP phones, analog adapters, or even on-premise PBX systems. VARs can purchase this equipment for their customers from Concert at wholesale prices. Concert will provision the equipment if required.
Remote and Onsite Support
Typically, new customers will require onsite support to get their VoIP equipment up and running. This service is completely provided by the VAR at the rate they negotiate with their customer. We can provide technical training and assistance to the VAR if needed. Concert may also dispatch VARs to service direct customers.
