About Us
Concert Telecommunications was founded in 2008 by Paul Sullivan, a veteran in the IT/software business, having previously worked for AT&T, Cisco, IBM, and MCI/Worldcom, after finding that the Triangle region of North Carolina is severly underserved in terms of choices in VoIP. Today, the company aims for a national reach by selling products and services through a network of Reseller Partnerships. Concert Telecommunications and it's partners are unique from other VoIP companies, because we can offer a complete package - service, hardware, and support.
Concert Telecommunications also continues to succeed because:
- We developed our Hosted PBX product in-house, giving us full-flexibility in the product design and allowing us to offer the service at a highly competitive rate and interoperate with other VoIP service providers.
- We have developed relationships with multiple Tier 1 and Tier 2 carriers, enabling us to negotiate low rates, provide multiple paths of redundancy, and unmatched scalability for our customers.
- We work with a number of VoIP hardware manufacturers, enabling us to design and implement solutions for our customers that meet their unique needs and budgets.
- We know that VoIP is not a stale product and continue to research and develop new software products, with future plans to develop our own line of hardware for use in both residential and commercial settings.
